Parkview – Unit 1 curtain-wall

Last week was a busy one as we began backfill, finished off some siding and had our curtain-wall installed.

What is a curtain-wall? A Curtain-wall is a basically a commercial grade, very large window that instead of having a wall with individual windows it replaces it with a frame and glass. In the case of unit 1 at Parkview the curtain-wall is 18 feet tall by 11 feet wide and takes up nearly the entire front of the home. It allows for some great views of the park across the road.

    Great pictures and Wright sketch. it will look even better when the steel railing goes up from Fluxworks!!!
